Gen AI / AI-ML Engineer - Full-Time

We are looking for a highly skilled Gen AI / AI-ML Engineer with strong expertise in building intelligent, scalable AI solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and modern AI frameworks, along with strong Python and cloud capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using modern frameworks

- Build and optimize LLM-based applications for real-world use cases

- Develop and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines

- Work on Agentic AI architectures and autonomous AI workflows

- Integrate AI models with applications using APIs and scalable services

- Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for performance, accuracy, and cost efficiency

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions

- Deploy and manage AI workloads on AWS cloud infrastructure

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and Generative AI

Required Technical Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Core Python

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs

- Experience with RAG architectures and vector databases

- Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and workflows

- Experience working with LangChain or similar frameworks

- Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services

- Strong understanding of API integration and model deployment

- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) for managing context and enabling seamless communication between LLM-based applications and external systems

- Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Good to Have :

- Experience with model fine-tuning and prompt engineering

- Exposure to AI deployment frameworks and MLOps practices

- Knowledge of scalable AI system design
