We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and deploying AI agents, machine learning models, and LLM-powered applications on Microsoft Azure platforms, including Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft AI Foundry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy machine learning models and AI agents using Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.

- Build and experiment with Generative AI models and agentic workflows.

- Design and implement intelligent AI agents leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), planning algorithms, and decision-making frameworks.

- Develop secure, scalable, and production-ready AI agents and integrate them into enterprise applications and workflows.

- Enhance AI agent capabilities through research, evaluation, and continuous optimization.

- Implement safety mechanisms, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.

- Optimize agent performance using feedback loops, reinforcement learning techniques, and user interaction analysis.

- Develop and maintain model pipelines, backend services, and integrations required for AI solutions.

- Work with Azure Data and AI platforms including Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft AI Foundry.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent AI-powered solutions.

- Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate AI solutions in a fast-paced environment.

- Support production deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI systems.

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python and related programming languages.

- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

- Experience developing and deploying AI agents and machine learning models.

- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, and Agentic AI workflows.

- Experience designing AI agents using planning, reasoning, and decision-making frameworks.

- Expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.

- Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, and Microsoft AI Foundry.

- Experience building scalable AI applications and model deployment pipelines.

- Knowledge of AI safety, guardrails, model evaluation, and performance optimization.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
