AI/ML Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate AI/ML Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, CNN models, and Image Processing techniques. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions to solve complex business problems and enhance automation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models for real-world business applications.

- Build and optimize Computer Vision and Deep Learning models using CNN architectures.

- Develop image processing pipelines for object detection, classification, segmentation, and pattern recognition tasks.

- Train, evaluate, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.

- Work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders.

- Research and implement advanced AI/ML algorithms and frameworks.

- Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference speed.

- Monitor deployed models and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency.

- Maintain proper documentation for models, workflows, and technical processes.

Technical Skills :

- Strong programming experience in Python

- Experience with data preprocessing and model optimization

- Familiarity with model deployment techniques and APIs

Additional Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of object detection models such as YOLO, Faster R-CNN, SSD, etc.

- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Understanding of MLOps concepts and deployment pipelines

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field

- 6+ years of relevant experience in AI/ML and Computer Vision projects
