Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable Machine Learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, Machine Learning algorithms, model deployment, and data processing, with the ability to solve real-world business problems using AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build, train, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models

- Develop AI-powered solutions for prediction, automation, recommendation, and analytics use cases

- Work with large datasets for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation

- Deploy ML models into production environments and monitor performance

- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver scalable AI solutions

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies

Required Skills :

- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL

- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost

- Strong understanding of :

1. Machine Learning

2. Deep Learning

3. NLP

4. Statistical Analysis

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and MLOps tools is preferred

- Knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI, LangChain, RAG, and Prompt Engineering is a plus
