Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Python + AI/ML Developer with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI/ML solutions and backend applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python programming, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and cloud-based AI deployment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent applications.

- Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python frameworks.

- Work on Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI use cases.

- Develop and optimize data pipelines for model training and inference.

- Integrate AI models into production environments.

- Fine-tune LLMs and work with prompt engineering techniques.

- Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and business stakeholders.

- Perform model evaluation, monitoring, and performance optimization.

- Develop reusable, secure, and high-performance code.

- Participate in architecture design, code reviews, and technical discussions.

- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases :

- Experience with Git and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture.

- Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment pipelines.

- Exposure to AI agents and autonomous workflows.

- Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ is an advantage.

- Understanding of data engineering concepts is a plus.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
