Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer / AI Architect to design, build, and deploy scalable AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, LLMs, and MLOps, with the ability to architect end-to-end AI platforms for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and build end-to-end AI/ML solutions from data ingestion to production deployment.

- Develop, optimize, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.

- Architect scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).

- Build Generative AI applications using LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and model fine-tuning.

- Develop and manage MLOps pipelines for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.

- Ensure AI systems are scalable, secure, reliable, and production-ready.

- Mentor junior AI engineers and drive AI best practices.

Required Skills :

- 610 years of overall experience with 5+ years in AI/ML and 3+ years in Generative AI.

- Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Fine-tuning.

- Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and MLOps tools.

- Experience designing end-to-end AI architectures and production-grade AI systems.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

- Prior experience working with US/UK clients is preferred.

- Experience mentoring or leading AI engineering teams is an advantage.

Good to Have :

- Experience with RAG, Vector Databases, LangChain/LlamaIndex, and AI agent frameworks.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
