Role Overview :

As an AI/ML Architect specializing in Generative AI, you will serve as the technical cornerstone for our advanced machine learning initiatives in Chennai. You will spend your days designing scalable architectures, fine-tuning Large Language Models, and implementing sophisticated RAG pipelines to solve complex business challenges. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and executive stakeholders to translate abstract business requirements into high-performance AI solutions. By bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and production-grade deployment, your work will directly influence our product roadmap, driving operational efficiency and delivering transformative value to our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy end-to-end Generative AI solutions, including RAG frameworks and LLM-based applications, to automate workflows and enhance user experiences.

- Lead the design and implementation of scalable ML pipelines using Python, ensuring robust data processing and model performance across production environments.

- Collaborate with data engineering and DevOps teams to containerize models using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring seamless deployment and high availability on cloud platforms.

- Evaluate and integrate state-of-the-art Deep Learning models and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge in AI innovation for our clients.

- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on best practices in model training, evaluation, and deployment to foster a culture of technical excellence.

- Translate complex business objectives into actionable technical specifications, ensuring that AI initiatives align with long-term organizational goals.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems using Python, Scikit-Learn, and TensorFlow, with a deep understanding of model lifecycle management.

- Proven ability to architect Generative AI and LLM-based solutions, specifically leveraging Retrieval Augmented Generation to improve accuracy and context-awareness in enterprise applications.

- Strong proficiency in cloud-native development and orchestration, with hands-on experience managing containerized workloads via Docker and Kubernetes.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.
