We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Architect with strong hands-on expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and software development. The role requires a strong combination of technical architecture, coding, business understanding, and client-facing skills.

The candidate should be able to understand client business challenges, identify relevant AI use cases, architect scalable solutions, and effectively present and demonstrate solutions to client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Understand client business requirements, challenges, and use cases and translate them into AI/ML solutions.

- Design scalable AI/ML and Generative AI architectures, particularly using LLMs and RAG.

- Build and guide the development of PoCs and production-grade AI solutions.

- Remain hands-on with coding, APIs, model integration, and solution implementation.

- Work with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, semantic search, and agentic AI workflows.

- Conduct client discussions, technical workshops, architecture reviews, and solution demonstrations.

- Recommend suitable AI technologies based on business value, scalability, performance, security, and cost.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to AI/ML engineering teams.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.

- Strong programming skills, preferably Python.

- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar.

- Experience with OpenAI/Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, or similar LLMs.

- Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, AI Agents, and LLM evaluation.

- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and MLOps/LLMOps.

- Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture, security, and scalability.

Consulting & Client-Facing Skills :

- Strong client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.

- Ability to understand business problems and propose practical AI-driven solutions.

- Ability to explain complex AI concepts and architecture to both technical and business stakeholders.

- Experience working in an IT consulting / technology services environment is preferred.
