Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with regional, business, and marketing teams to define Automation and AI use cases for personal health devices and digital platforms.

- Design AI strategies for personalization, predictive commercial or supply chain insights, and user engagement.

- Ensure AI solutions comply with GDPR, ISO 13485, and Philips ethical AI principles.

- Translate consumer behavior data into actionable insights using machine learning and behavioral analytics.

- Support go-to-market strategies with AI-driven differentiation.

Qualifications :

- Masters degree in AI, Data Science, Human-Centered Design, or related field.

- 4+ years of experience in AI and Automation consulting, full-stack development, preferably in consumer health or wellness tech.

- Strong understanding of personalization algorithms, recommender systems, and mobile AI.

- Experience with automation platforms and cloud-based AI deployment.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
