Role Requirements :

- Lead AI strategy, architecture and delivery of enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions.

- Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents/Agentic AI, ML/DL and LLM-powered applications.

- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain/LlamaIndex, vector databases, LLM APIs and prompt engineering/optimization.

- Strong knowledge of MLOps, model lifecycle, deployment, monitoring and evaluation.

- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, cloud-native architecture, microservices and containerization using Docker/Kubernetes.

- Strong Python skills with experience in AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch/TensorFlow and modern data platforms.

- Experience designing AI solutions for enterprise automation, conversational AI, document intelligence, workflow optimization, claims processing and customer-service applications.

- Ability to lead architecture reviews, PoCs, reference implementations, solution design and RFP/presales support.

- Experience building/scaling AI teams, defining architecture standards and governance, and working with CXOs, business and technology stakeholders.

Education :

- B.E./B.Tech in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
