Role Overview :

As an AI Lead based in Gurugram, you will spearhead the design and implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence strategies that drive digital transformation. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy end-to-end AI solutions, focusing on Generative AI and LLM integration to enhance operational efficiency and user experience for our global client base.

- Lead the technical roadmap for NLP initiatives, ensuring that our language models are optimized for accuracy, scalability, and domain-specific performance.

- Collaborate with product managers and business leaders to identify high-impact use cases, ensuring that AI investments align with long-term organizational growth objectives.

- Establish best practices for AI governance, model monitoring, and ethical deployment to maintain high standards of data integrity and system reliability.

Required Skillset :
