Description :

We are looking for an AI Lead to drive the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions across our products. The role will focus on building intelligent systems, AI agents, algorithms, and production-ready models that can power healthcare workflows, automation, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead development of AI/ML solutions across product and platform

- Design and build AI agents, autonomous workflows, and intelligent assistants

- Develop algorithms for prediction, classification, anomaly detection, and automation

- Build and optimize LLM-based applications, prompt workflows, and agent orchestration

- Work with engineering and product teams to deploy AI models into production

- Build data pipelines, model evaluation frameworks, and continuous improvement workflows

- Own model performance, scalability, accuracy, and AI roadmap execution

Preferred Experience :

- 6- 10 years in AI / Machine Learning / Applied AI development

- Strong experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch

- Hands-on experience building AI agents, agent orchestration, autonomous workflows, and LLM-based applications

- Strong experience developing custom algorithms for prediction, analytics, optimization, or signal/data intelligence

- Experience with model deployment, APIs, MLOps, vector databases, RAG pipelines, and production AI systems

- Experience with healthcare AI, biomedical signal processing, IoT data, or SaaS platforms preferred

- Strong problem-solving, research mindset, and technical leadership experience
