Role : AI Integration Specialist

Role Overview :

This role, based in our dynamic Bangalore office, is for a seasoned AI Integration Specialist who will be instrumental in architecting and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions, with a strong focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Microsoft Copilot, across our enterprise systems.

Day-to-day, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of robust integration strategies, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance of AI-powered applications. You will collaborate closely with product management, engineering teams, data scientists, and various business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into tangible AI capabilities.

Your work will directly enhance user experiences, drive significant operational efficiencies, and unlock new avenues for business growth by embedding intelligent automation and insights into our core processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable AI integration solutions, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and Microsoft Copilot, to enhance business processes and user interactions for various internal and external stakeholders.

- Develop and manage API integrations, particularly with Microsoft Graph API, to ensure seamless data flow and functionality between AI services and existing enterprise applications, thereby enabling robust data exchange.

- Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Microsoft Copilot, tailoring its capabilities to meet specific departmental and organizational needs, ensuring maximum utility and adoption.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, design system architectures, and ensure the successful delivery of AI-driven projects that align with strategic business goals.

- Establish best practices for AI solution deployment, monitoring, and maintenance, ensuring high availability, performance, and data security across all integrated systems.

- Provide expert guidance on AI technologies, integration patterns, and Microsoft Cloud Platform (MCP) capabilities to internal teams and stakeholders, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions, with a specific focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and their integration into complex enterprise environments.

- Proven ability to implement and manage API integrations, including extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Graph API and other RESTful services for seamless system interoperability.

- In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Copilot, including its architecture, customization options, and successful deployment strategies within a corporate setting.

- Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud Platform (MCP) services, particularly Azure AI services, and their effective application in building scalable and resilient AI solutions.

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of dissecting complex technical challenges and proposing innovative, effective solutions that drive business value.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, adept at articulating intricate technical concepts to diverse audiences and working effectively within agile, cross-functional teams.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline, coupled with 5-10 years of progressive experience in AI integration or related software development roles.

Required Expertise :

- Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs (e.g., Azure OpenAI, GPT-based systems)

- Experience designing agentic workflows (intent classification, multi-step actions, tool orchestration)

- Strong understanding of prompt design, response structuring, and context management

- Experience integrating AI systems with enterprise APIs (CRM, ERP, or similar systems)

- Experience working with Microsoft Graph API for contextual enrichment (calendar, email, contacts)

- Understanding of role-based access control and safe execution of AI-driven actions

Strongly Preferred :

- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar agent frameworks

- Experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or tool-based agent architectures

- Experience implementing human-in-the-loop approval patterns

- Familiarity with multi-channel AI integration (Outlook, Teams, chat interfaces)

- Experience handling AI response validation, fallback logic, and error handling

- Experience wiring agent intent classification and MCP tool-calling into backend write-back action endpoints.

- Experience implementing human-in-the-loop confirmation patterns for agent-initiated data modification actions where the agent pre-fills but never auto-submits.

- Experience with dynamic MCP tool schema generation from admin configuration rather than hardcoded tool definitions.

- Experience handling entity resolution ambiguity gracefully within an agent conversational flow.
