As an AI Integration Engineer, you will be at the forefront of transforming our existing software suite by embedding advanced Generative AI capabilities. You will work closely with product managers and backend engineering teams to design, develop, and deploy LLM-driven features that enhance user productivity and automate complex data analysis. This role is pivotal in shaping the next generation of our platform, ensuring that our AI implementations are not only innovative but also secure, scalable, and highly relevant to our professional user base in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable RAG pipelines to enable intelligent document retrieval and analysis for our taxation platforms.

- Develop and optimize complex prompt engineering strategies to ensure high-accuracy outputs across diverse financial use cases.

- Build and maintain robust microservices using Python, Golang, or Node.js to facilitate seamless communication between our core applications and LLM providers.

- Manage the end-to-end LLMOps lifecycle, including model evaluation, monitoring, and fine-tuning to maintain performance standards.

- Design secure and efficient API integrations to connect AI services with existing enterprise databases and user interfaces.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify high-impact areas where AI can reduce manual effort and improve decision-making for our clients.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in building production-grade applications using Python, Golang, or Node.js with a focus on clean, maintainable code.

- Hands-on experience in leveraging LangChain and RAG frameworks to build context-aware AI applications.

- Strong understanding of LLMOps practices, including prompt engineering, model deployment, and performance tracking.

- Proven ability to design and manage microservices architecture deployed on AWS cloud infrastructure.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into technical AI solutions.

- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively within a collaborative team environment.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, combined with 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
