Role Overview :

As an AI/HPC Infrastructure Architect, you will serve as the technical cornerstone for our high-performance computing and artificial intelligence initiatives.

You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing robust private cloud environments that power large-scale machine learning workloads and complex computational research.

Working closely with data science teams, software engineers, and executive stakeholders, you will bridge the gap between hardware capabilities and software performance.

Your work will directly influence the speed of innovation, ensuring that our infrastructure is not only scalable and resilient but also capable of meeting the rigorous demands of modern AI development, ultimately driving competitive advantage for our business.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement scalable private cloud solutions that support high-density AI/ML training clusters to ensure maximum resource utilization and performance.

- Design high-performance network architectures that minimize latency and maximize throughput for distributed computing tasks across our data centers.

- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to translate complex computational requirements into reliable, production-grade infrastructure blueprints.

- Optimize the end-to-end lifecycle of HPC clusters, from hardware procurement specifications to software stack integration, to accelerate time-to-market for AI models.

- Establish governance and security protocols within the private cloud environment to protect sensitive data while maintaining high availability for global stakeholders.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting large-scale private cloud environments, with a deep understanding of virtualization, container orchestration, and storage optimization for AI workloads.

- Advanced proficiency in designing complex network architectures, including high-speed interconnects and software-defined networking, essential for HPC environments.

- Proven ability to lead technical strategy and communicate complex infrastructure roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks in distributed systems and implement proactive infrastructure improvements.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within a hybrid work environment across our Bangalore and Pune offices.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, complemented by 10 - 19 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and high-performance computing.
