About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced AI Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic engineering team on a Contract-to-Contract (C2C) basis. In this role, you will work on multiple enterprise projects to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-powered applications across various industries. You will be responsible for end-to-end application developmentfrom understanding business requirements to delivering production-ready solutions integrated with AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java (Spring Boot) and modern frontend frameworks.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Integrate AI/ML capabilities such as LLMs, NLP, chatbots, intelligent automation, and AI workflows into enterprise applications.

- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Work across multiple projects with varying technology stacks and business domains.

- Ensure high code quality through testing, code reviews, and development best practices.

- Deploy and manage applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Contribute to solution architecture and technical design discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3 - 6 years of experience in Full Stack Development.

- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.

- Proficiency in React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

- Hands-on experience integrating AI services such as LLM APIs, Chatbots, Document Processing, or AI Automation.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, System Design, and Distributed Systems.

- Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.

- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working in a services or consulting environment.

- Knowledge of Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

- Familiarity with vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Containerization.

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
