Job Summary :

Design, develop, deploy, and scale production-grade AI applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic frameworks, and modern full-stack technologies.

Translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions by integrating enterprise systems, optimizing workflows, and delivering scalable products.

Own the complete AI solution lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities (KRA) :

- Design and develop AI-powered applications using LLMs such as ChatGPT and Claude.

- Build and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and embedding models.

- Develop and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.

- Create scalable backend services using Python and/or Node.js and integrate them with modern frontend frameworks.

- Build API-first and microservices-based architectures for AI applications.

- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, and internal business systems.

- Develop structured prompt engineering, function calling, and schema-based AI workflows.

- Design and implement context engineering strategies for efficient retrieval and response generation.

- Build and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers or equivalent AI orchestration layers.

- Develop proof of concepts and rapidly convert them into production-ready solutions.

- Optimize AI models and workflows for accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost efficiency.

- Implement testing, validation, guardrails, and monitoring for AI applications.

- Ensure secure access to enterprise data through role-based access controls and governance practices.

- Deploy and manage AI applications on cloud platforms using containerized environments and CI/CD pipelines.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Required Skillsets :

- Strong proficiency in Python and/or Node.js.

- Experience with React, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models and prompt engineering.

- Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.

- Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar AI agent frameworks.

- Experience with structured outputs, JSON schemas, function calling, and tool integrations.

- Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases and data modeling.

- Experience in REST APIs and microservices architecture.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices.

- Understanding of AI evaluation, hallucination mitigation, and response optimization.

- Knowledge of enterprise security, data governance, and access control mechanisms.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment with an ownership mindset.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, software development, machine learning, or related domains
