About the Role :
We are seeking an energetic and visionary AI Evangelist to drive our organizations AI innovation strategy. You will sit at the intersection of business strategy and cutting-edge artificial intelligence. Your mission is to inspire teams to adopt AI methodologies, upskill our workforce, build working prototypes, and translate complex machine learning/GenAI concepts into tangible, measurable business gains.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Thought Leadership & Advocacy :
- Serve as the primary advocate for AI-driven transformation, engaging with stakeholders from the front line to the executive level.
- Translate complex AI and GenAI concepts (like RAG, Agentic patterns, and prompt engineering) into clear, compelling business language.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, meetups, and on social platforms (LinkedIn, X, etc.).
2. Workforce Upskilling & Culture :
- Foster a strong "AI-first" culture across the company.
- Design, develop, and deliver AI awareness sessions, executive briefings, and hands-on workshops (e.g., human-AI collaboration, AI tooling).
- Operate an internal AI helpdesk or community to support employees in their day-to-day work with AI tools.
3. Business Value & Use Case Identification :
- Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across business units (e.g., Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, Engineering).
- Guide initiatives from concept to Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and build the business case for further development (ROI and scalability analysis).
4. Community Building & Ecosystem Engagement :
- Organize internal and external tech events, hackathons, and community meetups.
- Gather market intelligence by staying on the pulse of the rapidly evolving AI landscape and ecosystem.
Qualifications & Requirements :
- Experience : 8 - 12 years in technology, consulting, product marketing, or digital transformation, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML or intelligent automation.
- Technical Depth : Familiarity with modern AI tooling, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Storytelling & Communication : Exceptional presentation, writing, and public speaking skills with the ability to explain highly complex technology to non-technical audiences.
- Facilitation Skills : Proven track record of leading discovery workshops, ideation sessions, and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree in Statistics/Data Science is preferred.
