Job Description :

AI Engineering Manager to lead our AI projects and drive innovation in deep learning applications.

What we're looking for :

- Strong background in the latest deep learning architectures, including Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) and Transformers.

- Proven experience in managing AI projects and teams.

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers to design, train, and deploy advanced deep learning models for complex medical image analysis.

- Translate research findings from prestigious conferences like CVPR, MICCAI, and NeurIPS into robust, production-ready algorithms that solve real-world clinical challenges.

- Architect scalable AI pipelines using TensorFlow and PyTorch to ensure high performance and reliability in high-stakes medical environments.

- Collaborate with product and clinical teams to define technical requirements and ensure that AI solutions meet stringent regulatory and accuracy standards.

- Drive the continuous improvement of model performance through rigorous experimentation, data augmentation, and state-of-the-art CNN architectures.

- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products, from initial data exploration and prototyping to deployment and post-launch monitoring.
