- 8+ years of overall IT experience.

- 2+ years of hands-on Generative AI experience.

- Strong experience building end-to-end GenAI applications.

- Hands-on experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.

- Strong Python programming.

- Solid Java, Data Structures & Algorithms.

- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks and prompt engineering.

- Document parsing, OCR, Document Intelligence, image-based extraction.

- Vector databases, embeddings, semantic search.

- SQL & NoSQL databases.

- Enterprise data integration (APIs, databases, document repositories).

- Building scalable APIs/services.

- GenAI evaluation frameworks:

1. Ground truth validation

2. Hallucination detection

3. Accuracy

4. Relevance

5. Groundedness

6. Response quality evaluation

- Production-grade AI workflow development.

Preferred Skills :

- Azure AI stack.

- High-volume document processing.

- Azure-based RAG implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop enterprise GenAI/RAG applications.

- Integrate structured and unstructured enterprise data.

- Build OCR/document intelligence pipelines.

- Create chunking, embedding, indexing and retrieval pipelines.

- Manage vector databases.

- Work with relational databases for enrichment.

- Implement evaluation and benchmarking frameworks.

- Deliver secure, scalable and production-ready AI solutions.

Ideal Candidate :

- Can independently build GenAI applications from ingestion - parsing - embeddings - vector database - retrieval - evaluation.

- Strong practical implementation and problem-solving skills.

- Comfortable across AI Engineering, Data Engineering and Application Integration.
