AI Engineer

Job Summary :

We are looking for an AI Engineer with experience in developing, implementing and maintaining artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills in Python, practical experience in Machine Learning, deep learning and AI model development, along with an understanding of integrating intelligent capabilities into software applications.

The role focuses on building, testing and optimizing AI models, developing data-driven solutions, implementing predictive algorithms and integrating AI functionalities into business applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and implement AI and Machine Learning models to solve business and technical problems.

- Build predictive models, classification algorithms and recommendation systems using structured and unstructured data.

- Develop and optimize machine learning algorithms for accuracy, scalability and performance.

- Work on data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training and validation.

- Implement deep learning solutions for applications involving text, image and other data formats.

- Develop Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions for text classification, information extraction and semantic analysis.

- Build and integrate AI models into backend applications using REST APIs and microservices.

- Work with structured and unstructured datasets to identify patterns and generate actionable insights.

- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and improve model accuracy through experimentation.

- Implement model deployment, monitoring and version control practices.

- Collaborate with software engineers, data engineers and product teams to integrate AI solutions into existing applications.

- Troubleshoot model performance issues and optimize computational efficiency.

- Maintain technical documentation and follow best practices for AI development and deployment.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or related software engineering roles.

- Strong programming proficiency in Python.

- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning algorithms and model development.

- Good understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.

- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training and evaluation.

- Practical experience with libraries and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Strong understanding of statistics, probability and fundamental mathematical concepts used in machine learning.

- Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and text-based AI applications.

- Knowledge of deep learning architectures and neural networks.

- Experience working with SQL and handling structured and unstructured datasets.

- Ability to develop REST APIs and integrate trained models with software applications.

- Understanding of model evaluation, performance optimization and debugging.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Familiarity with prompt engineering, embeddings and vector search.

- Experience with OpenAI APIs, Hugging Face or similar AI platforms.

- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.

- Understanding of MLOps practices, model monitoring and automated deployment.

- Experience with NLP libraries such as spaCy, NLTK or Transformers.

- Familiarity with data visualization and experimentation tools.
