About the Role :

We are seeking a hands-on AI Engineer with strong expertise in building, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML models for real-world applications.

The ideal candidate is passionate about AI development and actively engaged in coding.

They should demonstrate their skills through practical projects, GitHub contributions, and real implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and solutions.

- Implement AI-driven solutions for real-world business problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations).

- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and production readiness.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.

- Contribute to code repositories and maintain high-quality, reusable code.

- Exposure to edge AI or real-time AI applications.

- Active participation in coding communities (GitHub, Kaggle, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Hands-on experience in AI coding using Python and relevant frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and critical thinking in handling complex technical challenges.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have) :

- Background in IoT/Embedded Systems.

- Experience working in manufacturing or industrial domains.

- Contributions to open-source projects or active GitHub portfolio.

- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.

- Strong practical knowledge over academic credentials.
