Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned AI Engineer to join our Bangalore-based innovation hub, where you will spearhead the development of next-generation intelligent systems. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex research and scalable production, working closely with cross-functional product teams, data scientists, and senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into high-impact AI solutions. You will be responsible for architecting and deploying advanced models that directly enhance user experiences and drive operational efficiency, ensuring our products remain at the cutting edge of the industry. Your work will be instrumental in shaping our long-term AI strategy and delivering tangible value to our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end Generative AI and LLM-based applications to solve complex business problems and improve automation across our product suite.

- Develop and optimize robust Machine Learning pipelines in Python to ensure high-performance model training, evaluation, and deployment in production environments.

- Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to define technical requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable AI architectures.

- Fine-tune large language models and implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks to deliver context-aware, accurate, and secure AI interactions for our users.

- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence by conducting code reviews and promoting best practices in model lifecycle management.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying production-grade Machine Learning models using Python, with a deep understanding of modern frameworks and libraries.

- Proven ability to architect and scale Generative AI solutions and LLMs, including experience with prompt engineering, vector databases, and model fine-tuning techniques.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence cross-functional decision-making.

- A solid academic foundation in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, typically supported by a degree from a premier institute.

- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Bangalore, where you will balance independent research with collaborative team sprints.

- 5 - 10 years of professional experience in developing and shipping AI-driven products in a high-growth environment.
