AI Engineer - Python

About the Role :

We are looking for an AI Engineer who can design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems. This role goes beyond experimentation you will be responsible for taking models from concept to scalable real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop end-to-end AI/ML systems

- Build and deploy LLM-based applications (RAG, agents, workflows)

- Work on model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and evaluation

- Develop and optimize data pipelines and vector search systems

- Ensure scalability, latency optimization, and reliability in production

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into products

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering

- Strong proficiency in Python

- Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow

- Experience with LLMs, LangChain (or similar frameworks), vector databases

- Understanding of RAG architectures and embeddings

- Experience in deploying models using cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)

- Solid understanding of system design and backend architecture

Preferred Background :

- Graduates from Tier-1 institutes (IITs, IIITs, IISc, top global universities) preferred

- Strong academic foundation in Computer Science, AI, or related fields

Good to Have :

- Experience with fine-tuning open-source models (LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes

- Experience working with real-time or high-scale systems

- Knowledge of evaluation frameworks for LLMs
