Role Overview :

As an AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing and deploying sophisticated machine learning models and autonomous systems. You will work closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams to translate complex business requirements into high-performance AI solutions.

Your day-to-day will involve architecting end-to-end pipelines, refining natural language processing workflows, and integrating agentic AI frameworks to solve real-world challenges. Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable machine learning models that optimize core business workflows and improve system decision-making capabilities.

- Develop and maintain advanced NLP pipelines to process unstructured data, enhancing the accuracy and relevance of our automated insights.

- Architect and deploy agentic AI systems capable of autonomous task execution to streamline complex user-facing operations.

- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks to ensure high-fidelity, context-aware responses in large-scale applications.

- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI models into production environments, ensuring high availability and low-latency performance.

- Evaluate model performance through rigorous testing and iterative refinement to meet strict accuracy and reliability benchmarks.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Python development with a strong focus on building production-grade AI applications.

- Proven ability to implement and fine-tune deep learning models using PyTorch within complex, high-data environments.

- Deep technical proficiency in NLP and RAG architectures, with a track record of deploying these technologies to solve information retrieval challenges.

- Experience in designing and orchestrating agentic AI workflows that demonstrate autonomous reasoning and task completion.

- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment in Bangalore, working seamlessly with distributed teams to meet aggressive project timelines.

- A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, supported by 5 - 10 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering.
