Role Overview :

Deskzero is seeking a talented AI Engineer with 2 years of experience to join our growing team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and deploying advanced AI models and solutions, contributing directly to our innovative product development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring sophisticated AI-driven features to life, impacting the core of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI algorithms.

- Engineer and optimize large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering strategies.

- Utilize frameworks such as Langchain to build and deploy AI-powered applications.

- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate AI components into production systems.

- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to extract actionable insights for model improvement.

- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for AI model training and inference.

- Stay current with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.

- Troubleshoot and debug AI systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment.

- Document AI models, methodologies, and processes clearly and comprehensively.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 2 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.

- Proficiency in Python programming.

- Strong understanding of LLM concepts and prompt engineering techniques.

- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as Langchain.

- Familiarity with MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) for application development.

- Solid grasp of machine learning principles and algorithms.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI model deployment.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools.

- Contributions to open-source AI projects.

- Experience with other relevant AI/ML libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
