Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-caliber AI Engineer to join our Gurgaon-based team to spearhead the development of intelligent supply chain solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex data engineering and cutting-edge Generative AI, building sophisticated RAG pipelines and LLM-driven applications that transform raw logistics data into actionable business intelligence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, supply chain domain experts, and product managers, to deploy scalable models that optimize inventory management, demand forecasting, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement end-to-end RAG pipelines to enable semantic search and automated insights over vast, unstructured supply chain datasets.
- Develop and fine-tune LLM-based applications using LangChain and PyTorch to automate complex decision-making processes for logistics stakeholders.
- Engineer robust data pipelines that integrate disparate supply chain data sources, ensuring high-quality inputs for downstream machine learning models.
- Design and maintain LLMOps workflows to monitor, evaluate, and iterate on model performance, ensuring reliability in production environments.
- Execute advanced prompt engineering strategies to improve the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated outputs for internal and external business users.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy scalable AI solutions on AWS, ensuring high availability and low-latency performance for critical business applications.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in building production-grade NLP and Deep Learning models using Python, with a strong focus on transformer architectures and LLM integration.
- Proven ability to design and manage VectorDB architectures to support high-performance retrieval-augmented generation systems.
- Strong foundation in data engineering principles, with the ability to clean, structure, and pipeline complex supply chain datasets for machine learning consumption.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical AI concepts into strategic business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Gurugram.
- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution, reflecting a strong analytical and academic background.
- 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions, with a portfolio showcasing successful LLM or RAG implementations.
