Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-potential AI Engineer to join our core engineering team in Bangalore, focusing on the intersection of Generative AI and high-scale transaction banking. In this role, you will be responsible for building, fine-tuning, and deploying sophisticated LLM-based applications that streamline complex financial workflows and enhance customer-facing payment experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement RAG pipelines to enable intelligent document processing and real-time query resolution for complex financial datasets.

- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve the precision and reliability of LLM outputs in sensitive banking environments.

- Integrate advanced AI models with existing transaction banking infrastructure via secure APIs to automate manual reconciliation and reporting tasks.

- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of LLM applications, including monitoring, evaluation, and fine-tuning, to ensure high performance and cost-efficiency.

- Collaborate with the security team to implement guardrails and data privacy protocols, ensuring all AI implementations comply with stringent financial regulatory standards.

- Build scalable data engineering pipelines to feed high-quality, structured, and unstructured data into VectorDBs for efficient information retrieval.

Tech Stack:

- Python, PyTorch, LangChain, VectorDBs, LLMOps.

What we're looking for:

- Demonstrated proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch to build and iterate on machine learning models.

- Hands-on experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain to build complex, multi-step AI agents.

- Strong understanding of VectorDB architectures and their application in building scalable retrieval systems.

- Ability to manage cloud-based infrastructure and deploy AI models in production environments with a focus on high availability.

- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

- A proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Bangalore.

- A solid foundation in computer science or a related quantitative field, with a keen interest in applying Generative AI to solve real-world financial challenges.
