We're looking for an AI Engineer to drive the design and development of next-generation AI systems someone who's not just experimented with LLMs, but has shipped production-grade AI products at scale. If you're passionate about pushing the boundaries of GenAI and Agentic AI, this role is for you.

What You'll Do :

- Design and development of AI/GenAI-powered products and platforms.

- Design and build agentic AI systems capable of autonomous, multi-step reasoning and task execution.

- Architect and optimize RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) pipelines for accuracy, latency, and scale.

- Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy LLMs for real-world production use cases.

- Build robust, scalable Python backend systems to power AI applications.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define technical solutions.

- Follow best practices for AI system design, evaluation, and deployment.

What We're Looking For :

- Strong hands-on experience with AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI system design.

- Proven expertise working with LLMs fine-tuning, prompting, evaluation, and deployment.

- Practical experience building and optimizing RAG pipelines (vector databases, embeddings, retrieval strategies).

- Strong Python backend development skills, with experience building scalable APIs and services.

- Solid understanding of ML/AI fundamentals, model lifecycle, and production deployment challenges.

- Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps/LLMOps practices is a strong plus.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within engineering teams.

Qualification : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field (premier institute preferred).
