Role Overview :

We are looking for a passionate AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, Fine-tuning, and AI System Development. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI applications powered by modern LLMs and Generative AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval.

- Develop scalable AI systems integrating structured and unstructured data.

- Implement prompt engineering techniques for improved model performance.

- Fine-tune open-source LLMs using domain-specific datasets.

- Integrate AI models with enterprise applications through REST APIs and microservices.

- Develop semantic search solutions using vector embeddings.

- Design and manage vector databases for efficient similarity search.

- Optimize AI models for latency, scalability, and production deployment.

- Build AI agents and multi-agent workflows for business automation.

- Evaluate model performance using appropriate AI evaluation metrics.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Software Developers.

- Deploy AI solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP environments.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI and LLM technologies.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience with Python.

- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (GPT, Llama, Mistral, Claude, Gemini, etc.).

- Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) applications.

- Strong knowledge of Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus, or Qdrant.

- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.

- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering.

- Experience in LLM Fine-tuning using LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar frameworks.

- Strong understanding of Embeddings and Semantic Search.

- Experience building AI APIs using FastAPI or Flask.

- Knowledge of REST APIs and Microservices.

- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Experience deploying AI applications on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Understanding of AI security, Responsible AI, and model evaluation techniques.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Multi-Agent AI systems.

- Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol).

- Experience with AI workflow automation tools.

- Familiarity with Graph RAG and Knowledge Graphs.

- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.

- Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, or RabbitMQ.

- Exposure to MLOps tools such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or SageMaker.

- Experience with OCR, Document AI, and multimodal AI models.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

- 3 to 8 years of experience in AI/ML or Software Engineering with Generative AI expertise.
