We are seeking a high-caliber AI Engineer to join our innovation hub in Gurugram, where you will be at the forefront of building next-generation intelligent systems. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions, focusing heavily on Generative AI and Large Language Models to solve complex business challenges. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, data scientists, and key stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into robust, production-grade AI architectures. Your work will directly influence our product roadmap, driving automation and enhancing user experiences through cutting-edge Agentic AI frameworks that redefine how our customers interact with our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect and implement end-to-end Generative AI pipelines to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency for our internal teams.

- Develop and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure high-accuracy responses and domain-specific performance for our end-users.

- Build and deploy autonomous Agentic AI systems that can reason, plan, and execute multi-step tasks to reduce manual intervention in business processes.

- Optimize model inference and latency to ensure that AI-driven features perform seamlessly under high-concurrency production environments.

- Partner with product managers to iterate on AI features based on user feedback, ensuring that technical implementations align with long-term business objectives.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated proficiency in Python for building production-ready AI applications and managing complex data pipelines.

- Hands-on experience in implementing and deploying LLM-based applications using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration tools.

- Strong understanding of Agentic AI concepts, including tool-use, memory management, and multi-agent coordination.

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.

- A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment based in Gurugram, working effectively with distributed teams.

- A solid foundation in computer science or a related quantitative field, complemented by a track record of continuous learning in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.
