Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned AI Engineer to join our high-impact technology team in Hyderabad or Bangalore. In this role, you will architect and deploy sophisticated machine learning models and Generative AI solutions that solve complex business challenges at scale.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product managers, data scientists, and engineering stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into robust, production-ready AI systems. By bridging the gap between cutting-edge research and practical application, you will directly influence our product roadmap and drive measurable efficiency gains for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable Generative AI pipelines to automate workflows and enhance user engagement across our core product suite.

- Optimize Large Language Model (LLM) performance and fine-tuning strategies to ensure high accuracy and relevance for enterprise-grade applications.

- Architect cloud-native AI infrastructure on AWS to ensure high availability, low latency, and cost-effective model deployment.

- Mentor junior engineers and lead technical code reviews to maintain high standards of software craftsmanship and algorithmic efficiency.

- Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-value use cases for AI integration, ensuring that technical initiatives align with long-term strategic objectives.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in Python for building complex data pipelines and production-grade machine learning applications.

- Advanced expertise in deploying and managing Generative AI and LLM frameworks within cloud environments, specifically leveraging AWS services.

- Proven ability to translate intricate technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders, fostering seamless cross-departmental collaboration.

- Strong analytical mindset with a track record of solving unstructured problems in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field from a premier institute.

- 6 - 10 years of hands-on experience in developing and scaling Artificial Intelligence solutions in a professional setting.
