Job Description :
Generative AI Engineer to drive adoption of Large Language Models (LLMs) and agentic flows, focusing on process efficiencies, automation, simplification and risk reduction across enterprise business solutions.
Requirements :
- Strong understanding of Language Models (LLMs), transformers, agentic frameworks, vector stores, and search algorithms.
- Strong proficiency in Python around Agentic, GenAI and frameworks i.e. (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI etc.).
- Hands-on experience with AWS ML ecosystem (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, API Gateway).
- Good engineering experience with high-performance, large-scale AI/ML systems.
- Deep understanding of Prompt engineering and Prompt management.
- Experience with Database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL and vector databases (e.g., DynamoDB, PGVector, CromaDB, FAISS etc.).
- Familiarity with one of the major cloud platforms including AWS, GCP or Azure.
- Experience in model risk management, guardrails development.
Additional Skills :
- Professional experience in financial services and technology firms.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, CI/CD tools (Jenkins), and cloud-native architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to structure and lead, strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology or Engineering is required.
