Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned AI Engineer to join our innovation hub in Gurgaon. In this role, you will architect and deploy sophisticated generative AI solutions that bridge the gap between complex data infrastructure and intuitive, agentic user experiences.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product teams, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable, high-impact AI products. By leveraging cutting-edge frameworks and cloud-native architectures, you will directly influence our product roadmap, driving efficiency and delivering transformative value to our global client base.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust Agentic AI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph to automate complex decision-making processes for our enterprise clients.

- Integrate large language models via AWS Bedrock and OpenAI APIs to build scalable, production-grade applications that solve real-world business challenges.

- Engineer high-performance data pipelines using Hadoop and PySpark to ensure seamless data ingestion and processing for downstream AI model training.

- Establish and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure rapid, reliable deployment cycles and high code quality across all AI-driven services.

- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence by conducting rigorous code reviews and promoting best practices in machine learning engineering.

Required Skillset :

- Python, AI tool, LLMs, AWS Bedrock/Azure Open AI, MCP servers, Agentcore or similar, LangChain/LangGraph.

- Demonstrated expertise in building and deploying AI applications using Python, with a deep understanding of modern LLM orchestration frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.

- Proven ability to manage large-scale data processing tasks using Hadoop and PySpark, ensuring data integrity and performance in distributed environments.

- Strong proficiency in cloud-based AI development, specifically utilizing AWS Bedrock and OpenAI services to deliver secure and scalable enterprise solutions.

- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making.

- A collaborative mindset with the adaptability to thrive in a high-paced, hybrid work environment based in Gurgaon, working effectively within agile, cross-functional teams.

- A degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field from a premier institute, reflecting a strong foundation in algorithmic thinking and system design.
