Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled and innovation-driven AI Developer with 2 years of hands-on experience in designing and developing AI/ML-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong development capabilities with a focus on building scalable AI systems, particularly Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and working with open-source models. The role requires a blend of software engineering, data science, and DevOps expertise to deliver end-to-end AI-driven applications.

Key Skills Required :

- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions with a strong focus on development.

- Build and optimize robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise applications.

- Develop and implement advanced RAG-based algorithms for intelligent data retrieval and processing.

- Host, fine-tune, and manage open-source AI/ML models with custom weights.

- Engineer innovative AI solutions including OCR systems integrated with Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Contribute to the complete project lifecycle including solution architecture, design, documentation, wireframing, and stakeholder communication.

- Ensure performance, scalability, and security of AI systems and applications.

- Implement DevOps practices for AI model deployment, monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing AI/ML systems.

- Experience with web crawling and web scraping.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in building and deploying RAG pipelines and working with LLM-based applications.

- Proficiency in Python with strong software development fundamentals.

- Experience in hosting, fine-tuning, and managing open-source AI models (e.g., LLaMA, Mistral, etc.).

- Solid understanding of data science concepts, machine learning algorithms, and model evaluation techniques.

- Hands-on experience with vector databases and embeddings (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, etc.).

- Experience with OCR technologies and integrating them with AI/LLM systems.

- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, OCI, Azure) and AI model deployment.

- Strong DevOps capabilities including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools.

- Understanding of APIs, microservices architecture, and scalable system design.

- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development roles.

- Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Oracle, or similar.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
