Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced AI Developer to join our team and lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI/ML development, Large Language Models (LLMs), cloud architecture, and enterprise technology integration.

The role involves developing end-to-end AI solutions, building scalable cloud-based AI ecosystems, implementing agentic AI frameworks, and integrating intelligent applications into production environments. The candidate will collaborate with enterprise architects, engineering teams, and senior business stakeholders to develop innovative AI solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise customer projects.

- Build end-to-end Generative AI and LLM-based applications using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Hugging Face, and OpenAI APIs.

- Develop and integrate machine learning models and AI applications using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other modern ML frameworks.

- Design and manage cloud-based AI environments across AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Develop scalable and secure AI architectures to support enterprise applications and business requirements.

- Implement agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems using relevant orchestration frameworks and tools.

- Manage AI model deployment, monitoring, and optimization to ensure performance, scalability, and reliability.

- Apply DevOps, MLOps, and LLMOps practices to streamline AI development and deployment processes.

- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines and support containerization and deployment using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Collaborate with enterprise architects, engineering teams, and senior stakeholders to understand requirements and define AI solution strategies.

- Lead technical execution of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks.

- Provide technical recommendations on cloud-native, scalable, and secure AI platform architectures.

- Work in an Agile environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Continuously evaluate new developments in Generative AI, machine learning, and agentic technologies to enhance organizational AI capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

- 8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, cloud, data, or AI-related technology environments.

- Proven experience developing, integrating, and deploying LLM-based or Generative AI solutions in production environments.

- Strong programming expertise in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.

- Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks, including LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, and OpenAI APIs.

- Practical understanding of Agentic AI, multi-agent architectures, LLM orchestration, and AI workflow development.

- Experience designing and implementing cloud architectures using AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Knowledge of MLOps, DevOps, and LLMOps practices, including model deployment and monitoring.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based application deployment.

- Understanding of enterprise architecture principles, cloud-native technologies, and scalable system design.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

- Excellent English communication and collaboration skills.
