About the Role :

Join our APAC's AI Innovation team to build intelligent, production-grade solutions - AI agents, RAG pipelines, and Microsoft Copilot integrations - that automate workflows and drive measurable value across commercial real estate operations. You will work directly with the AI Lead and business stakeholders across the region.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build agentic AI workflows and multi-agent systems for real estate automation

- Build and deploy AI agents using Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Copilot Studio, integrating with M365 services for enterprise deployment

- Develop RAG pipelines connecting LLMs to corporate knowledge bases and documents

- Build and consume REST APIs, MCP servers, and vendor database integrations

- Write clean Python / C# code, contribute to code reviews and technical documentation

Education & Baseline :

- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field

- Fundamentals and software engineering practices

- Strong in Programming Language, Python / C#

- Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development workflows

- Genuine passion for AI with the drive to learn new frameworks on the job

Preferred :

- Cloud platform experience : Azure (must), AWS, or Google Cloud

- Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent AI certifications

Technology Stack :

Experience in at least one per category required :

- Agentic Frameworks LangChain / LangGraph - CrewAI

- Agent SDK M365 Agent

- LLM Providers Azure OpenAI : OpenAI API - Anthropic Claude - Google Gemini

- RAG & Vector DBs Azure AI Search : Azure Cosmos DB (vector) - LangChain on Azure

- Microsoft AI / M365 Copilot Studio : Power Platform - Graph API - SharePoint

- APIs & Integration REST APIs : OAuth 2.0 - MCP Servers - Webhook integrations

- Language Python (primary) : C# - JavaScript / TypeScript (secondary)
