We are seeking an experienced AI Data Engineer with strong expertise in MLOps/AIOps and the Microsoft Azure ecosystem to support the deployment, monitoring, and optimization of enterprise-grade AI solutions.

Mandatory Skills:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in MLOps and/or AIOps.

- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.

Expertise in:

1. Azure Machine Learning (Azure ML)

2. Azure Synapse

3. Azure Data Lake

4. Azure App Services

5. Cosmos DB

6. Azure AI Foundry

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions.

- Strong understanding of model deployment, monitoring, observability, and telemetry.

- Experience with cloud security, governance, and operational best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deploy and monitor AI/ML models across Azure services.

- Build and maintain MLOps pipelines for continuous integration, deployment, and lifecycle management.

- Manage model versioning, upgrades, rollouts, and rollback processes.

- Monitor model performance, drift, availability, and operational health.

- Optimize AI infrastructure and inference workloads for performance and cost efficiency.

- Ensure security, governance, compliance, and auditability across AI deployments.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI Engineers, Product Owners, and Cloud Architects.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in workflow automation and prompt engineering frameworks.

- Knowledge of fine-tuning, instruction tuning, RLHF, and domain adaptation techniques.

- Experience with App Insights, Log Analytics, Key Vault, and Managed Identity.

- Familiarity with performance testing tools such as Locust or K6.

- Experience in model evaluation, benchmarking, A/B testing, and incident response.
