The role requires professionals with strong client-facing consulting experience and the ability to translate complex business challenges into AI-led solutions across industries.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead AI consulting engagements and large-scale transformation programs.

- Partner with CXOs and senior stakeholders to define AI-led business strategies.

- Drive consulting sales, proposals, client pitches, and transformation initiatives.

- Identify AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, Automation, and Analytics-led business opportunities.

- Manage strategic client relationships and deliver high-impact consulting outcomes.

- Lead and mentor large consulting teams across delivery and practice development.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI-driven solutions and business use cases.

- Drive AI transformation programs for large enterprise clients.

Your Profile:

- 17+ years of consulting and transformation experience.

- Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Analytics, Data Science, or AI/ML technologies.

- Mandatory consulting background with exposure to client advisory and stakeholder management.

- Proven ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.

- Experience managing large transformation programs and consulting engagements.

- Strong communication, executive presence, and business development capabilities.

- Experience working with senior leadership and Fortune 500 clients preferred.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
