Role Overview :

We are seeking a visionary AI Architect with deep expertise in Voice AI and Agentic AI systems. In this high-impact role, you will design and deliver scalable, real-time AI platforms that redefine intelligent automation.

You will lead the architecture for voice agents, LLM-driven workflows, and multi-agent systems, ensuring production-grade reliability, security, and enterprise scalability.

You will serve as the technical bridge between engineering, product, and business teams, translating complex enterprise use cases into robust, AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Voice AI & Real Time Systems :

- End-to-End Design : Architect comprehensive Voice AI systems involving telephony, WebRTC, and streaming pipelines.

- Telephony Integration : Build and scale voice agents using LiveKit, Twilio, SIP, and Indian platforms like Exotel or Knowlarity.

- Speech Pipelines : Design high-performance pipelines for STT - LLM - TTS.

- Interaction Logic : Implement advanced conversational features including barge-in, interruption handling, turn-taking, and real-time streaming responses.

- Flow Management : Design IVR replacement flows and seamless human-handoff mechanisms.

Agentic AI & LLM Architecture :

- Multi-Agent Systems : Define architecture for agentic AI and complex multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks.

- RAG & Vector Data : Design and implement robust RAG pipelines (embeddings, vector databases, and advanced retrieval strategies).

- Intelligence Logic : Implement tool-usage, memory management, and reasoning workflows for autonomous agents.

- Optimization : Select and fine-tune models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Open-Source) for cost, performance, and accuracy.

- Governance : Establish AI observability, feedback loops, PII handling, and compliance guardrails.

Full-Stack & System Design :

- Application Building : Lead the design of end-to-end applications (Frontend + Backend + AI Layer).

- Backend : Develop microservices and event-driven systems using Python or Node.js.

- Frontend : Guide the development of AI interfaces and dashboards using React or Next.js.

- Integration : Ensure seamless data flow between streaming APIs, WebRTC, and the UI/UX.

Cloud, DevOps & Scalability :

- Infrastructure: Architect scalable deployments on AWS optimized for high-concurrency, real-time workloads.

- Modern DevOps: Implement CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless patterns.

- Security: Manage IAM, KMS, and secrets to ensure enterprise-grade security.

Enterprise Integration :

- Interoperability : Integrate AI platforms with existing CRMs, AEM, and enterprise middleware.

- Use Case Delivery : Support automation for customer support, content generation, and complex workflow orchestration.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Experience : Proven track record in AI/ML system architecture and distributed systems.

- Voice Expertise : Hands-on experience with STT (Deepgram, Whisper), TTS (ElevenLabs, Polly), and real-time streaming (WebRTC, SIP).

- Frameworks : Deep knowledge of Agentic AI, RAG, and Vector Databases.

- Development : Strong proficiency in Python/Node.js (Backend) and React/Next.js (Frontend).

- Cloud : Advanced experience with AWS and containerized deployments.

- Soft Skills : Ability to work cross-functionally and lead technical strategy in a fast-paced environment.
