We are looking for an experienced AI Architect / AI Tech Lead with 715 years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Python-based AI development, hands-on experience with modern LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, and practical exposure to Azure AI services, including Azure AI Foundry.

This role requires a technically strong leader who can define AI solution architecture, guide development teams, and drive the successful implementation of scalable Generative AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, architect, and implement end-to-end AI and Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.

- Lead the technical design and architecture of AI-powered applications using Python and modern AI frameworks.

- Build and orchestrate complex multi-agent workflows using LangGraph and related LLM orchestration frameworks.

- Develop AI applications leveraging Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Cognitive Services, and Azure Machine Learning.

- Define scalable AI architectures, best practices, coding standards, and deployment strategies.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business problems into AI-driven technical solutions.

- Guide engineering teams throughout the AI solution lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and optimization.

- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector search, embeddings, prompt engineering, and AI agent-based solutions.

- Integrate AI services with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.

- Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, governance, and performance.

- Mentor developers, conduct technical reviews, and provide architectural guidance across multiple AI initiatives.

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, Azure AI technologies, and emerging GenAI frameworks.

Required Skills:

- 715 years of software development experience with strong expertise in Python.

- Hands-on experience in building AI/ML and Generative AI applications.

- Strong experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.

- Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Studio, Azure Machine Learning, and Cognitive Services.

- Good understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

- Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Azure AI Search, ChromaDB, FAISS, or similar technologies.

- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud-native application development.

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment practices.

- Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.

- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and data engineering concepts.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience designing multi-agent AI systems and autonomous AI workflows.

- Exposure to Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI tool integration.

- Experience with MLOps, model monitoring, and AI governance.

- Knowledge of enterprise architecture patterns and distributed systems.

- Azure certifications in AI or Cloud Architecture are an added advantage.

Leadership Responsibilities:

- Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for AI initiatives.

- Define AI technology roadmaps and solution strategies aligned with business goals.

- Mentor engineering teams and conduct architecture reviews.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, cloud, and business stakeholders.

- Drive innovation by evaluating and adopting emerging AI technologies and frameworks.

- Ensure delivery of secure, scalable, and production-ready AI solutions within project timelines.
