AI Architect - Machine Learning/LLM

We are looking for an experienced AI Architect to design and lead the development of scalable, secure, and production-ready AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AI/ML architecture, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), cloud platforms, and enterprise application integration.

The candidate will be responsible for defining AI solution architecture, evaluating emerging technologies, guiding engineering teams, and ensuring successful implementation of enterprise AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define end-to-end AI/ML solution architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.

- Design scalable, secure, reliable, and cost-effective AI and Generative AI solutions.

- Architect and implement Machine Learning and Generative AI applications for enterprise use cases.

- Design solutions involving Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, AI agents, and foundation models.

- Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML models, frameworks, tools, and technologies.

- Design AI pipelines covering data ingestion, preprocessing, model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

- Define architecture for integrating AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and data platforms.

- Design and implement RAG architectures, including embeddings, vector databases, retrieval, and response generation.

- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, model evaluation, AI observability, and performance optimization.

- Guide development teams in building production-grade AI applications.

- Conduct architecture reviews, technical assessments, and proof-of-concepts.

- Identify technical risks and recommend appropriate architecture and technology solutions.

- Ensure AI solutions meet organizational requirements for security, privacy, scalability, reliability, and governance.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, and cloud architects.

- Mentor technical teams and establish reusable AI architecture patterns and development standards.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies in Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, and AI platforms.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience in AI/ML architecture and solution design.

- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.

- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and foundation models.

- Strong knowledge of RAG architecture, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.

- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.

- Strong programming experience in Python.

- Experience designing and integrating REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications.

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Experience with ML deployment, model monitoring, and MLOps/LLMOps.

- Strong knowledge of data architecture, data pipelines, and database technologies.

- Excellent understanding of software architecture and distributed systems.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.
