Role Overview :

As an AI Architect (Associate Director) , you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative AI solutions that address complex business challenges. You will collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable and robust AI architectures. This role involves leading the technical direction of AI projects, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, and driving the adoption of new AI technologies. Your work will directly impact the development of next-generation AI products and services, enabling our clients to achieve significant improvements in efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions, including data ingestion, processing, model training, and deployment, to meet specific business needs.

- Lead the development of AI architecture blueprints and technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring successful project execution.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI technologies, platforms, and tools to optimize performance and scalability.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for AI development, security, and ethical considerations.

- Drive the adoption of MLOps principles and practices to streamline the AI lifecycle and improve model deployment efficiency.

- Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies, such as Agentic AI, to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable and robust AI architectures using Python and relevant machine learning libraries.

- Proven expertise in cloud platforms like Azure, including experience with AI/ML services and MLOps tools.

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

- Deep understanding of Solution Architecture principles and experience in designing end-to-end solutions.

- Familiarity with Agentic AI concepts and their practical applications.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
