We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to drive innovation in AI/ML solutions within the AI COE. The role focuses on implementing Data Science, traditional AI, and advanced AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), GEN AI, and TensorFlow. This position requires working experience in RAG architecture and MLOps, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Experience : 13+ years in AI/ML Architecture.

- Share expertise on AI and generative technologies, offering thought leadership for COE Practice.

- Architect scalable AI systems that seamlessly integrate with current needs.

- Lead AI model development and implementation, staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI.

- Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and optimize performance for top-notch solutions.

- Experience in working on RFP/Presales activities, estimations and cloud migration strategies for applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and meet project objectives.

- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to foster innovation and growth.

Requirements - Technical Skills :

- Providing technical sales strategies and Data Science & AI application deployments.

- Proven experience with LLMs, including fine-tuning and deployment.

- Advanced knowledge of RAG architecture and implementation.

- Hands on Experience in Tensorflow and Data science.

- Should have worked on Classic AI.

- Strong background in MLOps and model monitoring.

- Experience with distributed computing and GPU optimization.

Programming :

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with AI libraries/frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

- Experience with graph databases and vector stores.

- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Education : B.Tech/B.E (IT) or higher.
