Why This Role Exists :

Youll be the technical backbone of BOTS.AI consulting projectsdesigning from scratch and deploying existing AI tools and agents into client workflows to ensure adoption and measurable value.

Where the Principal wins trust in the boardroom, youll ensure systems work on the ground.

What Youll Do :

Design & Blueprinting :

- Map client workflows across HR, Finance, Sales, Manufacturing, Operations, and more.

- Translate processes into agentic AI architectures : tool-use, RAG, orchestration, guardrails, observability.

- Create reference architectures and reusable templates.

Deploy & Integrate :

- Evaluate and integrate existing AI SaaS tools and agents.

- Connect AI systems to ERPs, CRMs, BI platforms.

- Custom-design solutions when gaps exist.

Measure & Govern :

- Set up evaluation frameworks : accuracy, latency, cost/tx, adoption.

- Build dashboards to track ROI and efficiency gains.

- Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards.

Collaborate & Scale :

- Shape client solutions with the Principal.

- Partner with HR Anexi consultants on transformation programs.

- Mentor engineers; maintain documentation and coding standards.

Who You Are :

- 6 to 10 years in enterprise architecture, AI systems design, or digital consulting.

- Shipped at least 2 LLM/agent-based systems in production.

- Skilled with LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, RAG pipelines, eval harnesses.

- Experience embedding off-the-shelf AI tools into business workflows.

- Strong client-facing communication, able to explain trade-offs.

- Startup pace + consulting polish.
