About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, cloud platforms, data engineering, and solution architecture, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions for enterprise applications.

- Lead AI strategy, roadmap planning, and technology selection aligned with business objectives.

- Develop scalable architectures for Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and GenAI use cases.

- Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, LLM-powered applications, and vector databases.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver AI solutions.

- Define AI governance, model lifecycle management, MLOps, security, and compliance frameworks.

- Design cloud-native AI architectures on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Establish best practices for model deployment, monitoring, optimization, and performance tuning.

- Drive innovation by evaluating emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural guidance to AI and engineering teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

1. Must-Have Skills :

- 8 to 15 years of overall IT experience with significant experience in AI/ML architecture.

- Strong expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.

- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Llama, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, etc.

- Experience in building RAG-based applications and AI Agent frameworks.

- Strong knowledge of AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, and MLflow.

- Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Milvus.

- Proficiency in Python and AI development ecosystems.

- Experience with MLOps tools and model deployment strategies.

- Strong understanding of data architecture, data pipelines, and data governance.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

2. Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with Multi-Agent AI Systems.

- Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI Governance, and Model Risk Management.

- Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native architectures.

- Experience in enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives.

- Certifications in AI, Cloud Architecture, or Data Engineering.

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.

- Relevant AI/ML and Cloud certifications preferred.
