Role Overview :

The AI Solution Architect will be responsible for designing scalable AI-powered applications, defining AI architecture patterns, leading LLM-based solution development, and supporting client-facing AI transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end architecture and design for Generative AI applications and Agentic AI solutions.

- Convert business requirements into scalable AI/LLM solution architectures.

- Design AI workflows using RAG, multi-agent systems, tool-calling agents, and AI orchestration patterns.

- Drive technical discussions with clients, business teams, and delivery teams.

- Support presales activities including discovery workshops, solution walkthroughs, proposals, and estimations.

- Define integration patterns, data flows, security approaches, and scalability strategies.

- Evaluate and implement AI frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.

- Guide AI engineering teams and ensure best practices across development and deployment.

- Identify AI automation opportunities and drive enterprise AI adoption.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience in Generative AI / LLM Application Development

- Agentic AI architecture and design patterns

- RAG implementation, Prompt Engineering, AI Orchestration

- Experience with LangGraph / Semantic Kernel / AutoGen / CrewAI

- Strong hands-on experience with ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core

- C# development experience

- SQL Server / Azure SQL knowledge

- API design and enterprise integration experience

- Azure AI services and cloud-based AI solutions.

Good to Have :

- AI Governance, Responsible AI, Security & Guardrails

- Insurance domain experience

- Client-facing solution architecture and technical workshop experience
