We are looking for a skilled AI & Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and enhance AI-powered products and intelligent solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Python development, Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI frameworks, and AI product engineering.

The candidate will work on building scalable AI applications using modern AI technologies and contribute to the development, evaluation, and optimization of GenAI-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications using Generative AI and LLM technologies.

Build and integrate solutions using LLM frameworks such as :

1. LangChain

2. Hugging Face Transformers

3. OpenAI APIs

- Develop Python-based applications and backend components for AI products.

- Implement AI model evaluation strategies using tools such as DeepEval or similar frameworks.

- Analyze AI model performance and optimize solutions for accuracy, reliability, and scalability.

- Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver customer-focused AI solutions.

- Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies to improve existing products.

- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 610 years of experience in software development, AI engineering, or related fields.

- Strong hands-on experience with Python programming.

- Strong understanding of :

1. Large Language Models (LLMs)

2. Generative AI concepts

3. AI application development

Experience working with LLM frameworks :

1. LangChain

2. Hugging Face Transformers

3. OpenAI APIs

Familiarity with AI evaluation frameworks such as :

1. DeepEval

2. Similar LLM evaluation tools

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
