About the Role :
We are hiring an AI Analyst to work closely with enterprise clients on the assessment, design, and validation of AI systems. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role at the intersection of business, technology, and responsible AI.
You will help clients ship fewer but better AI systems - production-ready, governed, cost-aware, and aligned to real business outcomes. This role suits someone who enjoys systems thinking, challenging assumptions, and bringing clarity to ambiguous problems.
This is not a research or theory role. You will be in front of clients, diagnosing real systems, and helping them make better decisions about AI from day one.
Key Responsibilities :
Client AI System Assessment :
- Review existing AI workflows, agents, and LLM usage across client environments
- Identify fragile assumptions, missing guardrails, and hidden failure modes
- Assess readiness across data quality, cost exposure, risk, compliance, and scalability
Agent and LLM Design Support :
- Support the design of agent workflows tied to clear business outcomes
- Help determine where agents add value versus where simpler automation is more appropriate
- Translate business requirements into explicit AI constraints and system boundaries
Guardrails, Risk, and Governance :
- Define and help implement appropriate guardrails for each deployment context
- Support governance requirements : auditability, explainability, and policy enforcement
- Help clients avoid unsafe, unscalable, or ungoverned AI deployments
Evaluation, Validation, and Pilot Readiness :
- Design client-specific evaluation and validation frameworks
- Validate accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost envelopes before go-live
- Support pilot go/no-go decisions using evidence rather than intuition
Client Communication and Enablement :
- Explain AI system behaviour clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Present findings with clarity, honesty, and precision - not jargon
- Enable client teams on monitoring, failure detection, and iteration best practices
Required Capabilities :
- Strong analytical thinking and systems mindset
- Hands-on exposure to LLMs, agents, and AI workflows
- Ability to translate between business context and technical execution
- Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving client environments
Strongly Preferred :
- Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience
- Exposure to AI deployments in regulated or high-risk environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications :
Freshers preferred; relevant experience welcomed. A degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred but not mandatory if skills are demonstrably strong.
What Success Looks Like :
- Clients ship fewer but higher-quality AI systems
- Pilots convert to stable production deployments
- Risks are identified early - before launch, not after
- Client leadership trusts and acts on AI recommendations
Why Join BOTS.AI :
You will join a team that values substance over hype. You will work on real AI systems with real constraints for real clients. This role offers early exposure to production AI, enterprise decision-making, and client-facing consulting - all at once.
BOTS.AI is the AI vertical of HR Anexi, trusted by 700+ enterprises. You will be part of building something that does not exist yet in India.
