AI Agent Developer - Microsoft Copilot

About the Role :

We are looking for a hands-on AI Agent Developer to build, deploy, and drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot agents for enterprise clients. This is a delivery-focused role where you will work closely with business users to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.

You will engage directly with non-technical teams across operations, logistics, sales, and finance, translating their manual processes into scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather requirements from business users and identify automation opportunities

- Build and deploy agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio

- Design conversation flows, prompts, triggers, and integrations

- Develop Power Automate workflows (SharePoint, email, APIs, etc.)

- Integrate agents with enterprise systems (SharePoint, Salesforce, Oracle, APIs)

- Test, debug, and optimize agent performance

- Drive user adoption through training and documentation

- Track use cases, performance, and provide regular stakeholder updates

Must-Have Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (end-to-end builds)

- Strong expertise in Power Automate and Microsoft 365 ecosystem

- Prompt engineering experience with GPT models

- API integration (REST, custom connectors, OAuth)

- Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder communication skills

Good to Have :

- Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, AI Search)

- Salesforce integrations

- OCR / Intelligent Document Processing

- Exposure to multi-model environments (Claude, Gemini, etc.)

- Domain experience in logistics, supply chain, or sales operations

Ideal Candidate :

- Background in Power Platform or consulting (Big 4 / SI / boutique firms)

- Comfortable working with both business stakeholders and technical tools

- Strong problem-solving mindset with rapid prototyping approach

- Experience in US client-facing environments preferred
